Life Insurance Training Manager (Bank)

  1. Manage the maintenance of the life insurance training Curriculum and content
  2. Work with Learning and Development to oversee the life insurance training agenda and delivery of agreed life insurance learning content to relevant parties
  3. Coordinate with other business stakeholders to ensure training curriculum meets regulatory requirements and delivery standard
  4. Accredit and upskill Insurance Specialists in Retail Distribution channel and other channels as appropriate on business training, case sharing and system highlight through professional training events
  5. Conduct market research to better position the training provided to Insurance Specialists to ensure the concepts and content are clear and competitive in the market
  6. A central function to advise the insurance specialist team leaders on their learning duties


  1. Degree holder, major in Finance and Economics is preferable
  2. Recognised insurance qualification, possess professional qualification of Certified Financial Planner and Certified Public Accountant is definitely an advantage
  3. With relevant experience in finance, banking or preferably insurance
  4. Strong knowledge of insurance products and financial planning
  5. Demonstrated experience and track record relating to Learning delivery within fast moving, complex and demanding corporate environment
  6. Demonstrated familiarity with Bank and Insurance regulations, compliance and delivery quality
  7. Substantial front line experience preferred
  8. Strong communication skills with high written and oral proficiency in English
  9. Must be fluent in Cantonese and English with a preference of proficiency in Mandarin
